Royal Enfield Advance Course, 20-24 Jan 2025
Brief Report:
A 5 day training program “Royal Enfield Advance course” has been organized jointly by Assam Don Bosco University with Royal Enfield, in association with the Department of Mechanical Engineering from 20-24 January 2025. A group of 7 external students of Mechanical Engineering from RGU, Guwahati have undergone the training program at the Royal Enfield training center located at Azara campus of the university. The inaugural session was graced by Pro VC of the university Fr. Joseph Nellanatt, Director School of Technology Prof. Manoranjan Kalita, Head of the Department Mechanical Engineering Dr. Buljit Buragohain , Assistant Professor (senior) of Mechanical Engineering Mr. Pranjal Sarma and personals from Royal Enfield. During the course of training, the trainees were given in depth hands on exposure to the RE bikes and their components along with the relevant theory. The training was well appreciated by the students. The program was coordinated by Mr. Pranjal Sarma, Asst. Prof. (Sr.), from the nodal agency of implementation, the Dept. of Mech. Engg., ADBU.
