Dr. Patra holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati and an M.Tech in Environmental Engineering and Management from Pondicherry Central University, where she was a Gold Medalist. Her research interests include Water Treatment, Groundwater Chemistry, and Risk Assessment.
