Coordinated by Mr. Ankur Goswami, Mr. Supran Chakravarty, and Ms. Sutanuka Nath, the programme combined technical sessions with hands-on laboratory training to strengthen practical understanding of construction quality and site practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experts from academia and industry discussed material selection, cement and concrete performance, site management, safety, and modern construction techniques, followed by interactive discussions with participants. Laboratory demonstrations on cement setting time, concrete compressive strength, and Universal Testing Machine operations provided valuable practical exposure.
