The conclave brought together policymakers, engineers, urban planners, and industry experts to discuss sustainable infrastructure development and the implementation of green building practices in Assam. Key discussions focused on policy initiatives such as Floor Area Ratio (FAR) incentives and financial subsidies of up to 9% for IGBC-certified projects, aimed at encouraging environmentally responsible construction.
