The Department is housed at Azara Campus of the University, Airport Road, Azara, Guwahati.<\/p><p>These degree programmes offered by the department are being introduced in response to a felt need for in-depth study and analysis in the areas of commerce, management and business strategies among the youth. They are designed for learners who are enthusiastic to learn innovative ideas in commerce and business, and to provide them a platform where they can explore their latent talents in order to meet global needs.<\/p><p>Apart from gaining in-depth academic and practical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to pursue a successful career in one\u2018s chosen profession, students will be equipped to make a smooth transition from the classroom to the boardroom by acquiring skills that are valued by employers and hence will be industry-ready. They will develop strong teamwork, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f7062e
