The first session, held on August 24, featured Mr. Subham Kujur, a distinguished alumnus from the BCA 2018 batch. Coordinated by Dr. Sonia Sarmah and Dr. Abhijit Bora, the event was primarily attended by MCA 1st semester students. Mr. Kujur shared his academic journey and experience at
ADBU, emphasizing the value of education in shaping one’s career. He discussed effective strategies for industrial interviews, the importance of project experience, and building a strong foundation to
navigate uncertainty and promote collaborative work. His talk blended theoretical concepts with practical advice, leaving students with valuable takeaways for professional growth.

The second talk took place on November 13, delivered by Md. Sakir Ahmed, an alumnus from the MCA 2024 batch. He focused on research methodology, deep learning, and computer vision-based projects, offering both academic guidance and real-world insights. He stressed the importance of a
structured approach to research and showcased the transformative potential of deep learning across sectors like healthcare, security, and automation. Through detailed project case studies, he addressed implementation challenges and solutions, encouraging students to adopt innovative
technologies and structured methodologies.
