The session, held at 10:00 AM, aimed to enlighten aspiring professionals on the dynamic career opportunities available in the banking sector. Shri Gangopadhyay commenced the talk by underlining the significant role<br \/>of banks in fostering economic growth and promoting financial inclusion, with a particular focus on the contributions of regional rural banks in uplifting rural communities. He offered a structured<br \/>overview of the Indian banking system and identified key employment areas such as customer service, credit analysis, risk management, financial advisory services, and, most notably, IT support. Emphasizing the growing relevance of technology in banking, he urged MCA students to use their technical skills in system security, software development, and data analytics to drive digital transformation within the sector.
