The training was conducted entirely in-person and coordinated by <strong>Dr. Alexy Bhowmick<\/strong> and <strong>Prof. (Dr.) Bobby Sharma<\/strong>, Head of the Department of CSE. A total of <strong>32 selected students<\/strong> from B.Tech (CSE, EEE, ECE) and BCA participated in the intensive programme, gaining strong theoretical foundations and extensive hands-on experience in embedded systems and real-time operating systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme was led by <strong>Prof. (Dr.) Karsten Schmidt<\/strong>, Vice Dean, Faculty 2, Frankfurt UAS, assisted by <strong>Mr. Momar Fall<\/strong> and <strong>Mr. Jeldrik Schr\u00f6er<\/strong> (Master\u2019s students, Frankfurt UAS). The course covered essential topics including: GPIO programming, timers, UART, SPI, and I2C, ADC\/DAC interfacing, RTOS concepts and FreeRTOS integration, multitasking, task scheduling, semaphores, and queues, daily assignments and a guided mini-project. Participants developed practical skills in programming STM32 microcontrollers and understanding the internal design and functioning of embedded operating systems\u2014skills highly relevant to global industry standards.
