The courses offered were MA and Ph.D. in Education. In 2017 BA Education hounours was introduced. <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Four Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (BA. B.Ed., B.Sc.B.Ed.)\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">will begin from the new academic session 2026. <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/wp.dbuniversity.ac.in\/itep\/integrated-ba-bed\/\">https:\/\/wp.dbuniversity.ac.in\/itep\/integrated-ba-bed\/<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>The Department of Education at Assam Don Bosco University is committed to nurturing competent, reflective, innovative, and socially responsible educators, researchers, and educational leaders. Rooted in the philosophy of holistic and transformative education, the Department promotes academic excellence, ethical values, inclusivity, and community engagement in teacher education.<\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"396\">Aligned with NEP 2020 and the National Higher Education Qualifications Framework (NHEQF), the Department promotes learner-centered, multidisciplinary, and experiential learning through Outcome-Based Education (OBE). The curriculum is designed around Programme Outcomes (POs), Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs), Course Outcomes (COs), Graduate Attributes, and employability-oriented competencies.<\/p><p
