with the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To counsel students who secured below 50% marks in Class Test 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To identify the probable reasons for poor academic performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To strengthen students\u2019 understanding of fundamental SHRM concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To revise Module 1 and Module 2 topics covered in Class Test 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To evaluate classwork copies and provide constructive feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To motivate students to improve their academic performance through corrective action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teaching Methodology<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following student-centered teaching methods were adopted:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-to-one interactive discussion with students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice-based assignments with defined submission timelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous academic counselling and feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Follow-up Action Plan<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure continuous improvement in student performance, the following actions have been planned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly academic progress monitoring shared with students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students are instructed to maintain regular attendance and follow the academic plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special focus on improving performance in Class Test 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous mentoring and doubt-clearing
