To enhance their understanding beyond theoretical learning, practical assignments are incorporated into the curriculum. These activities are designed to provide real-world exposure and develop essential managerial skills. As part of their academic assignment, students were given abstract products and asked to convert them into marketable concepts. This project required them to build a complete brand identity, which included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designing creative and meaningful logos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating attractive and memorable punchlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing engaging advertisements to promote their products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This exercise allowed students to think innovatively and apply management principles in a practical settings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objectives of the project were :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To develop creativity and innovation among students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> To enhance teamwork and collaboration skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To improve communication and presentation abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> To understand the fundamentals of branding and advertising<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Chayanika Das, who provided continuous support and mentorship. Her guidance encouraged students to explore their creativity and perform to their full potential<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first-semester students showed great enthusiasm and active participation throughout the project. They worked collaboratively in teams and successfully created a variety of promotional videos. Each project reflected originality, effort, and a clear understanding of the concepts taught.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This assignment proved to be an effective learning experience for students. It not only strengthened their understanding of management fundamentals but also helped them develop essential skills required in the professional world.
