27 March 2025: The Department of Social Work is organizing the Participatory Service Learning \u2013 Rural Practicum from April 1 to April 10, 2025, providing students with an immersive field-based learning experience in community engagement and social development. The practicum will be conducted in Rangthong, South-West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya; Bheluadanga, Sonitpur, Assam; and Mawthynre, South-West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya, offering participants the opportunity to work closely with rural communities through need-based interventions, participatory rural appraisals, awareness campaigns, and capacity-building activities.
