Facilitated by Prof. Lukose P.J., the workshop aimed to strengthen students\u2019 competencies in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The sessions integrated theoretical inputs with practical exercises, covering resource mobilization, CPM and PERT scheduling tools, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, budgeting, and NGO compliances such as 12A, 80G, 35C, and FCRA. Students also engaged with key concepts like Need Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Logical Framework Approach (LFA), and Result-Based Management (RBM), enhancing their analytical skills and professional readiness for development practice.
