Facilitated by Prof. Joy Mathew, Principal, Don Bosco Arts and Science College, Kannur, Kerala. The workshop aimed to strengthen competencies in group dynamics, facilitation, team-building and professional engagement. The sessions combined experiential learning with interactive methods such as group activities, role plays, and team-building exercises. The programme enhanced students\u2019 communication, leadership, and teamwork skills while encouraging critical reflection on social realities and leadership responsibilities, contributing to their overall professional development.
