The event was jointly organized by the Department of Bio-Sciences and the Department of Hospitality and Hotel Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 18 students and 5 faculty members participated. Led by Chef Manas Sarkar and faculty from both departments, the session introduced students to sustainable methods of preserving bio-resources.
