The tour was designed to provide students with experiential learning opportunities, exposure to Himalayan biodiversity, and an understanding of ecological conservation practices in hill ecosystems. The journey commenced from Kamakhya Railway Station on 4<sup>th<\/sup> January aboard the Brahmaputra Mail to Delhi, marking the beginning of an enriching academic excursion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shimla: Exploring Heritage and Ecology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon arrival in Delhi, the group proceeded by road to Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh.
