The talk focused on the growing importance of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) in the development of smart sensors and their critical role in advancing India\u2019s Indigenous Semiconductor Mission (ISM). Prof. Sharma elaborated on how MEMS-based sensors are transforming diverse application domains such as healthcare, automotive systems, consumer electronics, industrial automation, and defense.
