As part of their academic journey, the 1st semester students recently participated in skill development sessions during their <strong>Food &amp; Beverage Service practical<\/strong>, marking an important step in building their foundational competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sessions were designed to introduce students to the essential principles of service, including basic table setup, service techniques, and guest interaction. With a focus on discipline, grooming, and professional etiquette, students learned how to create a welcoming dining experience\u2014an integral aspect of the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through guided demonstrations and active participation, students practiced fundamental skills such as laying covers, handling service equipment, and understanding different styles of service. Emphasis was also placed on hygiene standards, communication skills, and teamwork, ensuring a holistic learning approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These practical sessions not only enhanced technical knowledge but also boosted students\u2019 confidence as they stepped into the world of hospitality.
