She shared valuable insights into the current industry landscape, emphasizing the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, and skill development among students to meet industry demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Basaiawmoit highlighted the role of incubation centers like Bio-NEST in supporting startups, nurturing innovative ideas, and providing essential resources for young researchers and entrepreneurs. She also discussed opportunities available for students in translational research, startup incubation, and industry collaboration.
