The Department of Physics, Assam Don Bosco University, organized the inauguration of the Departmental Wall Magazine as part of its academic and co-curricular activities. The programme was held at 12:15 PM in the presence of faculty members and students of the department. The wall magazine was inaugurated by Dr. Hemen Bharali<\/strong>, Director, School of Fundamental and Applied Sciences (SOFAS)<\/strong>. His presence added significance to the occasion and encouraged the students to actively participate in academic, scientific, and creative activities beyond the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Departmental Wall Magazine was prepared with a focus on fundamental principles of Astronomy and Astrophysics, providing students with an opportunity to explore and present important concepts related to the universe, celestial objects, and astronomical phenomena. The activities related to the wall magazine were guided by Prof. Monmouyuri Baruah<\/strong>, Head, Department of Physics and Director, Research and Development Cell<\/strong>. Her guidance and encouragement played an important role in motivating the students and facilitating their active involvement in conceptualizing, preparing, and presenting the contents of the wall magazine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the inauguration, Dr. Hemen Bharali<\/strong> appreciated the efforts of the Department of Physics and the students in bringing out the wall magazine. He encouraged the students to utilize such platforms to enhance their scientific understanding, nurture their creativity, and remain informed about the latest developments in space science and technology. The faculty members also appreciated the initiative and motivated the students to continue contributing to such academic activities. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members.
