Workshop on Mindfulness: Stress Management and Focus"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Department of Psychology is pleased to announce an upcoming workshop on <em>\u201cMindfulness: Stress Management and Focus,\u201d<\/em> designed to equip the BA 6th Semester Students with practical tools to navigate everyday stress and enhance concentration. In today\u2019s fast-paced environment, mindfulness has emerged as a powerful approach to improving mental well-being, emotional regulation and cognitive clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This interactive workshop will introduce participants to the core principles of mindfulness and its application in daily life. Through guided practices, experiential activities and reflective exercises, attendees will learn techniques to manage stress effectively, improve focus and cultivate a greater sense of balance and awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session is open to students and individuals interested in developing healthier coping strategies, enhancing productivity, and fostering overall psychological well-being.
