The session, titled \u201cGrievance Redressal Mechanism: A Special Reference of Ombudsman,\u201d was conducted in digital mode from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM and coordinated by Dr. Chandrima Das. The lecture was delivered by Prof. Rajani Ranjan Jha (Retd.), Banaras Hindu University. He discussed the importance of grievance redressal systems in promoting transparency, accountability, and good governance.
