The program commenced with a welcome address and introduction of the speaker by Dr. Saurabh Chandra, Assistant Professor, Department of Public Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The keynote lecture was delivered by Mrs. Pallabi Sarma Chaudhury, who provided valuable insights into gender equality, women\u2019s empowerment, and the challenges and opportunities associated with achieving an inclusive society. Her talk emphasized the importance of empowering women as a catalyst for sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was followed by an interactive Q&amp;A segment, where participants actively engaged in discussions and shared their perspectives. The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Pankaj Kumar Kalita, Head of the Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lecture served as an enriching platform for students to broaden their
