Department of Public Administration, Assam Don Bosco University (Tapesia Campus), organized a seminar titled <em>\u201cExploring India\u2019s Technological Renaissance: A Seminar on Advancements in Science and Technology\u201d<\/em> on 13th March 2024 at Room No. B1-010B-PA Classroom 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar, conducted under the theme <em>\u201cIndia\u2019s Techade \u2013 Chips for Viksit Bharat,\u201d<\/em> aimed to provide students with insights into India\u2019s progress in science and technology and its future trajectory. The event witnessed the participation of around 130 students along with faculty members of the department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session commenced with a welcome and opening address by Dr. Saurabh Chandra, Assistant Professor, who highlighted India\u2019s journey in science and technology, focusing on key milestones and innovations. The seminar also included a documentary screening on <em>\u201c75 Years of Scientific and Technological Advancement in India,\u201d<\/em> offering students a comprehensive perspective on the country\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, participants viewed a live stream of the address by the Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, which further enriched the learning experience by connecting national vision with academic discourse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session concluded with closing remarks and a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Rupak Biswas, Assistant Professor.
