The event witnessed active participation from parents across various semesters, both in online and offline modes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session began with a welcome address by Prof. Dr. Riju Sharma, Head of the Department, who appreciated the presence of parents and emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in student development. Faculty mentors conducted individual feedback sessions, discussing students\u2019 academic performance, strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PTM was coordinated by Ms. Manashi Parashar, with active involvement from faculty members including Dr. Pankaj Kumar Kalita, Dr. Saurabh Chandra, Dr. Khaidem Yaiphabi Singha, Dr. Santhosh J, and Mr. Rupak Biswas. Parents actively participated by sharing valuable feedback and suggestions related to academic practices, career guidance, infrastructure, and student support systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key suggestions included organizing more skill-based workshops, enhancing career guidance initiatives, providing quality academic resources, strengthening placement-oriented activities, and maintaining regular communication regarding student performance. Parents also appreciated the department\u2019s commitment to academic excellence, mentoring, and student-centric initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting also highlighted positive feedback regarding teaching quality, curriculum effectiveness, student support, and discipline, reflecting overall satisfaction among parents.
