The workshop brought together participants from seven universities and colleges, including ADBU, Tezpur University, Gauhati University, Assam University Silchar, Arya Vidyapeeth College Guwahati, Dimoria College Khetri, and St. Xavier\u2019s College Kathmandu, and was aimed at postgraduate students, research scholars, and teachers in physics. Eminent speakers such as <strong>Prof. Dhruba Jyoti Saikia<\/strong> and <strong>Prof. Ranjeev Misra<\/strong> addressed the participants, with Prof. Misra outlining the objective of guiding participants toward a career in astrophysics research. The programme maintained a balanced mix of lectures and hands-on laboratory sessions, conducted by distinguished astrophysicists from IUCAA, Tezpur University, and Cotton College State University, where participants gained practical experience in astrophysical data analysis using software tools such as <strong>HEAsoft<\/strong> and <strong>IRAF<\/strong>.
