Investor Awareness Programme Organised by the Department of CoMMERCE

The Department of Commerce, Assam Don Bosco University, Azara Campus, organised an Investor Awareness Programme on 29th August 2026 at the Conference Hall to promote financial literacy and responsible investment practices.

The programme focused on financial planning, investment avenues, risk and return, portfolio diversification, investor rights and protection against fraudulent investment schemes. Participants were sensitised to the importance of making informed investment decisions based on their financial goals and risk-bearing capacity.

The programme was coordinated by Mr. Labo Kesh Nath and served as a meaningful initiative towards encouraging prudent financial behaviour and developing greater awareness of safe and responsible investment practices.
