Mr. Bantei Maring, BSc Physics (2022-2025), cleared IIT-JAM 2025. Currently, he is pursuing an MSc in Physics at IIT Madras. We wish him a successful and bright future. Let’s hear from him what he has to say about the Department of Physics, ADBU.

“My experience at the Physics Department of Assam Don Bosco University has been truly memorable and enriching. The teachers are very supportive and always ready to help us in every possible way. Our learning goes beyond the syllabus, as we engage in meaningful discussions that connect physics with life, the future, and even happiness. The laboratory sessions are conducted with great care, allowing us to perform experiments in the best possible way and gain a genuine understanding, rather than just theoretical knowledge. What makes the department special is the close bond between students and teachers. Beyond the classroom, we have the opportunity to discuss life, challenges, and how to approach them with positivity. Alongside this, I share a wonderful bond with my classmates—we help and encourage each other in our studies and beyond. Altogether, it has been a wonderful and inspiring journey.” Bantei Maring
