Workshop on “Career Opportunities in Taiwan”

A workshop on “Career opportunities in Taiwan” was successfully organized by the Department of Physics, Assam Don Bosco University, Tapesia on 29^th April, 2025, to enlighten students about emerging professional routes and higher education platforms in Taiwan.

The event began with an opening address by resource person Miss Kuei-Mi Li, Teacher and Coordinator, Taiwan Education Center, who spoke about the importance of exploring international careers. She graced the event by providing in-depth insights in the following,

1.  Overview of the Job market in fields like technologies, manufacturing, research, and education.
2. Scholarship programs like MOE and ICDF.
3. Application procedure and eligibility criteria for various jobs and courses.
4. Rich culture of Taiwan.

The event was followed by an interactive Q&A session, during which enthusiastic participation was observed from the students, and doubts were clarified directly from the expert.
