Bridging Theory and Practice

The Department of Civil Engineering, Assam Don Bosco University, organised a workshop on 12th February 2025 for 6th Semester UG students, conducted by Mr. Gitartha Kalita, Assistant Engineer, PW (B&NH)D, Kaliabor and Barhampur Division. The interactive session focused on supervision and recording of measurements in government building projects, bridging the gap between classroom theory and on-site practice. Students found the workshop highly engaging and valuable for strengthening their understanding of engineering estimation in real-world contexts.
