Structura Forte Introduces First-Year Students to Structural Engineering Activities

The Structural Engineering Club of the Department of Civil Engineering, Structura Forte, conducted orientation sessions for the first-year students on 7 August 2026. The sessions were organised to introduce the new students to the club, its objectives, activities and opportunities for participation beyond the classroom. Through the orientation, students were encouraged to explore their interest in structural engineering, engage in technical and collaborative activities, and make the most of the academic and co-curricular opportunities offered by the Department. The programme also provided an opportunity for the first-year students to interact with members of the club and gain an understanding of how Structura Forte contributes to developing technical curiosity, teamwork and professional awareness among Civil Engineering students.
