The Department proudly shares that Ms. Joshna Mary Ingtih, a student of BBA (Human Resource Management), Assam Don Bosco University, recently participated in a multi-stage recruitment process with Foxconn Precision Engineering Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ms. Ingtih was shortlisted for the initial round of interviews for the positions of Administrative Officer and Purchasing Officer after being recommended for the opportunity. As part of the company’s structured hiring process, she completed a Personal Data Form and a DISC Personality Assessment prior to the interview.
First Round of Interview
Conducted on 28 January 2026 via Microsoft Teams, the first round was held before a panel comprising HR representatives and members of the Management Team. The interaction assessed her academic background, internship experience, data analysis skills, administrative capabilities, coordination experience, and Mandarin language proficiency.
The panel particularly appreciated her communication skills, confidence, and professional presentation. Although she was not selected for the initial roles due to limited industry experience and the requirement of higher business-level Mandarin fluency, her performance left a positive impression on the interview panel.
Second Round – Operations Coordinator
Recognising her potential, the HR team invited her for a second interview on 4 February 2026 for the position of Operations Coordinator. This round focused on operational coordination, inter-departmental management, problem-solving ability, and performance under high-pressure manufacturing environments.
The panel evaluated her leadership presence, coordination ability, and practical problem-solving mindset. She was also assessed on her proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and her ability to communicate and translate in Mandarin.
Final Outcome and Learning Experience
While she was not selected for the full-time role due to limited industry exposure, the organisation expressed interest in offering her an internship opportunity — a strong recognition of her potential and professional competence.
Reflecting on the experience, Ms. Ingtih gained valuable insights into:
- Structured recruitment systems of multinational corporations
- Panel-based assessment methods
- The growing importance of business-level Mandarin in international operations
- The need for practical exposure in operations and supply chain management
The Department congratulates Ms. Joshna Mary Ingtih for representing the University with confidence and professionalism. Her participation in a competitive multinational recruitment process demonstrates the growing industry readiness and global orientation of our BBA (HRM) students.
