13 March 2025: The Department of Social Work, Assam Don Bosco University, organized a three-day Workshop on Project Cycle Management (PCM) from March 11–13, 2025, for MSW 4th Semester students, led by Prof. Lukose P. J., Retired Head of the Department. The workshop blended theory with hands-on sessions, covering key components such as strategic planning, logical framework analysis (LFA), stakeholder analysis, capacity assessment, and project proposal development. Students engaged in activities like problem and objective tree construction, LFA creation, action planning, and Gantt chart preparation. With interactive discussions and group work, the workshop offered a comprehensive understanding of PCM tools, methods, and practical applications, equipping participants with essential project management skills.
