Three-Day Workshop on Project Cycle Management – Phase II

The Department of Social Work, Assam Don Bosco University, Tapesia, organized a three-day workshop on Project Cycle Management – Phase II from 26th to 28th May 2025. Facilitated by Prof. Lukose P.J., the workshop aimed to strengthen students’ competencies in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The sessions integrated theoretical inputs with practical exercises, covering resource mobilization, CPM and PERT scheduling tools, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, budgeting, and NGO compliances such as 12A, 80G, 35C, and FCRA. Students also engaged with key concepts like Need Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Logical Framework Approach (LFA), and Result-Based Management (RBM), enhancing their analytical skills and professional readiness for development practice. A total of 91 MSW 4th-semester students participated in the workshop.
