The Department of Social Work, Assam Don Bosco University, conducted the Swachhata Special Campaign 5.0 from 24th to 31st October 2025, engaging students and faculty in a week-long initiative focused on cleanliness and systematic record management. MSW first-semester students led cleanliness drives across classrooms and offices, fostering teamwork and responsibility. The campaign also included sessions on documentation practices covering departmental activities, community engagement programs, SWAYAM courses, MoUs, and academic events. Through faculty-led workshops and hands-on activities, participants gained a practical understanding of ethical and efficient record management in both physical and digital formats. Overall, the initiative strengthened organizational efficiency, transparency, and accountability while promoting professional documentation practices among students and faculty.
