Three-Day Workshop on Research Phase II: Data Analysis

The Department of Social Work at Assam Don Bosco University organized a three-day workshop on Research Phase II: Data Analysis from 7 to 10 January 2026, aimed at enhancing students’ research competencies. The workshop covered both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including thematic analysis, case study interpretation, data coding, and statistical analysis using MS Excel and SPSS. Through hands-on sessions and practical exercises, students gained experiential learning in handling real datasets and interpreting findings. The workshop concluded with empirical data analysis and interactive doubt-clearing sessions, strengthening students’ analytical skills and preparing them for rigorous social work research and evidence-based practice.
