The students of the 2nd semester, Department of Hospitality & Hotel Administration ADBU, Assam Don Bosco University, showcased their talent and creativity on the occasion of National Tourism Day. Participating in a vibrant inter-university competition at Royal Global University, they excelled in poster-making, photography, and declamation competitions. Their efforts paid off remarkably, with the team securing the 1st position in the Poster Making competition, highlighting innovative ideas to promote tourism. Additionally, their eloquence and compelling performance earned them the 2nd position in the Declamation competition, showcasing their ability to inspire through words. This achievement reflects the dedication, teamwork, and passion of these budding professionals in the field of hospitality and tourism. The event served as a platform for them to shine while contributing to the celebration of India's rich cultural and tourism heritage.

Congratulations to Mr. David Jagminlal Haokip, the student of Department of Hospitality & Hotel Administration ADBU for his achievement in BOSCOSIAD 2024. Mr. David Haokip secured 1st position in TUG OF WAR (MEN) as well as secured 2nd position in ARM WRESTLING (MEN) category.

David Jagminlal Haokip, the student from 6th semester (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) successfully secured bronze medal in U-21, 86 kg category in arm wrestling championships in state level from Karnataka and got selected for nationals which will going to be held on June 2026. Mr. Haokip will represent Karnataka at the national level in June 2026.
