Cleanliness Drive Held Under Swachhata Special Campaign 5.0

The Department of Bio-Sciences, Assam Don Bosco University, conducted a Cleanliness Drive on 30 October 2025 in the campus area near Block III as part of the Swachhata Special Campaign 5.0. Students and faculty members took part enthusiastically, focusing on cleaning the surroundings, collecting and segregating waste, and ensuring proper disposal.

Participants also helped improve the greenery by pruning dead and infected branches and arranging trimmed plants to enhance the landscape. The activity promoted environmental awareness, teamwork, and a shared sense of responsibility among the university community.

The department expressed its gratitude to all volunteers and coordinators who contributed to the success of the event, reaffirming its commitment to maintaining a clean, green, and sustainable campus.
