Botany Students Win First Prize in Quiz Competition on National Science Day

Students from the Department of Botany achieved a remarkable accomplishment by securing First Prize in a Quiz Competition organized by the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati on the occasion of National Science Day (28/02/2026).

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students representing various institutions. Demonstrating excellent knowledge and scientific aptitude, the Botany team performed exceptionally well and emerged as the winners.

During their visit to IASST, the students also had the opportunity to tour several advanced research laboratories.
