The Department of Psychology at Assam Don Bosco University is all set to organize an engaging and insightful Workshop on Personal Growth on 5th May 2026. Designed especially for MSc 2nd Semester students, this workshop aims to foster self-awareness, emotional understanding and personal transformation.

Centered around the theme “Understand. Evolve. Empower.”, the session will guide participants on a journey inward to explore their potential and outward to achieve meaningful growth. Through interactive discussions and reflective activities, students will gain valuable tools for self-development and well-being.
