The Department proudly announces the launch of a first-of-its-kind Student Industry Case Repository, an innovative academic initiative designed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical industry applications.

As part of this unique project, students engaged extensively with contemporary business environments to identify real-world challenges faced by organizations across various sectors. Drawing upon the concepts, frameworks, and analytical tools learned through their coursework, the students transformed these industry issues into structured case studies that can serve as valuable learning resources for future learners, researchers, and academicians.

The initiative structured by Dr Gaurav Das encouraged students to move beyond traditional classroom learning and apply their understanding of management theories, human resource practices, marketing strategies, financial decision-making, operations management, business ethics, and organizational behavior to actual business situations.
