Swachhta Pakhwada 2025 Activity held at the Department, September 2025

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Assam Don Bosco University, in collaboration with the Environment Club, organized a Student Activity-cum-Awareness Program on 16th September 2025 as part of Swachhta Pakhwada 2025, in accordance with AICTE directives. The session featured addresses by Dr. Buljit Buragohain, HoD, Mechanical Engineering, and Dr. Dhrubajit Sarma, Assistant Professor, who emphasized the importance of cleanliness and urged students to adopt sustainable practices for maintaining a clean environment. Students also shared their views on pollution, littering, and possible preventive measures. Faculty members of the department participated actively, making the program both engaging and impactful.
