Objectives of the Remedial Class
The remedial session was conducted with the following objectives:
- To counsel students who secured below 50% marks in Class Test 1
- To identify the probable reasons for poor academic performance
- To strengthen students’ understanding of fundamental SHRM concepts
- To revise Module 1 and Module 2 topics covered in Class Test 1
- To evaluate classwork copies and provide constructive feedback
- To motivate students to improve their academic performance through corrective action
- Teaching Methodology
- The following student-centered teaching methods were adopted:
- One-to-one interactive discussion with students
- Practice-based assignments with defined submission timelines
- Continuous academic counselling and feedback
- Follow-up Action Plan
- To ensure continuous improvement in student performance, the following actions have been planned
- Weekly academic progress monitoring shared with students
- Students are instructed to maintain regular attendance and follow the academic plan
- Special focus on improving performance in Class Test 2
- Continuous mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions
