Objectives of the Remedial Class

The remedial session was conducted with the following objectives:

  • To counsel students who secured below 50% marks in Class Test 1
  • To identify the probable reasons for poor academic performance
  • To strengthen students’ understanding of fundamental SHRM concepts
  • To revise Module 1 and Module 2 topics covered in Class Test 1
  • To evaluate classwork copies and provide constructive feedback
  • To motivate students to improve their academic performance through corrective action
  • Teaching Methodology
  • The following student-centered teaching methods were adopted:
  • One-to-one interactive discussion with students
  • Practice-based assignments with defined submission timelines
  • Continuous academic counselling and feedback
  • Follow-up Action Plan
  • To ensure continuous improvement in student performance, the following actions have been planned
  • Weekly academic progress monitoring shared with students
  • Students are instructed to maintain regular attendance and follow the academic plan
  • Special focus on improving performance in Class Test 2
  • Continuous mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions
