D.Pharm STUDENTS’ field Visit to Institute of Urology & Kidney Diseases (iUKD), Sonapur.

The D.Pharm first-year students of the Institute of Pharmacy, Assam Don Bosco University, undertook an educational field visit to the Institute of Urology and Kidney Diseases, Sonapur, today as part of their experiential learning program.

The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to hospital pharmacy operations and specialized healthcare services related to urology and kidney care. During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe various departments of the hospital, including the pharmacy unit, diagnostic facilities, and patient care services. Hospital professionals interacted with the students and explained the role of pharmacists in medication management, patient counseling, and ensuring the safe use of medicines.

The institute expressed gratitude to the management and staff of iUKD Hospital for their warm hospitality and for providing students with an enriching learning experience.
