Orientation Program on Supervised Internship

The Department of Psychology, Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU), organized an Orientation Program on Supervised Internship for the M.Sc. 3rd Semester students on 24 August 2026, from 1:00 PM onwards, at Room No. 016, AB2. The session was conducted by Dr. Monikankana Sarmah, Resource Person, who provided students with an overview of the supervised internship programme, its objectives, structure, expectations, and professional responsibilities. The orientation focused on preparing students for their upcoming internship experience by highlighting the importance of professional conduct, punctuality, ethical practices, observation, documentation, interaction with clients and professionals, and active participation in assigned activities. Students were also guided on maintaining daily records, reporting their internship activities, and fulfilling the academic requirements associated with the internship. The session provided students with clarity and practical guidance to undertake their supervised internship confidently and responsibly.
