Invited Talk on Human Movement Biomechanics delivered by Prof. Bhrigu Kumar Lahkar

An invited talk was organized by Dept of MNE on 7/8/2026. The topic of the talk was Human Movement Biomechanics: from marker-based precision to vision-based intelligence. The resource person is Dr. Bhrigu Kumar Lahkar from Jyoti and Bhupat Mehta School of Health Sciences and Technology, IIT Guwahati. He delivered an insightful talk on how human marker based technology can be utilized to develop computational models to perform different studies to understand the biomechanical behaviours and also explored their uses in the field of sports, space study etc.
