Carreer Counselling Seminar jointy Organized By Dept of MNE and ADBU Career Guidance Cell

On 4 June 2026, the Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) School of Technology’s Department of Mechanical Engineering and Career Guidance Cell jointly organized a career counselling seminar titled “Exploring career opportunities, higher education, and employability skills.” Conducted by Dr. Buljit Buragohain, the session highlighted diverse engineering career paths, entrepreneurship, and preparation strategies for competitive exams like GATE and ESE. Dr. Buragohain emphasized the vital role of internships, project work, and professional networking in building practical skills and gaining industry exposure. Additionally, he provided guidance on selecting postgraduate programmes and shared actionable advice on interview preparation, emphasizing that continuous skill development, adaptability, and effective communication are essential for modern job placements.
