PG Extension Lecture on Citizen’s Perception of Administration

The Department of Public Administration at Assam Don Bosco University, Tapesia Campus, organized a PG Extension Lecture on August 18, 2022. The session, titled “Citizen’s Perception about Administration,” was held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in digital mode and coordinated by Dr. Saurabh Chandra. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Meera Rajeev Kumar, Assistant Professor at Madras Christian College. She discussed the role of public perception in shaping administrative effectiveness and governance outcomes. The session provided valuable academic insights and encouraged critical thinking among postgraduate students regarding citizen-administration relationships in contemporary governance systems.
