Two-Day Online Workshop on Research Methodology with SPSS Training Organized on 28–29 March 2026

The Department of Public Administration, Assam Don Bosco University, organised a Two-Day Online Workshop on Research Methodology on 28 and 29 March 2026. The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of research methods, with a special focus on qualitative analysis and the practical application of SPSS for data analysis.

The workshop was convened by Dr. Saurabh Chandra and coordinated by Mr. Rupak Biswas. It featured distinguished resource persons, including Dr. Nayah Gazelle Abang and Dr. Mbiydzenyuy Courage Sevidzem from Cameroon, and Dr. Nabanita Kakati from Rajiv Gandhi University.

The sessions covered key aspects of qualitative research methodologies, advanced analytical perspectives, and hands-on training in SPSS for data handling and interpretation. The interactive nature of the sessions enabled participants to engage actively, ask questions, and clarify doubts.

The workshop witnessed participation from over 60 attendees, including students, research scholars, and faculty members, fostering a collaborative learning environment. The programme received positive feedback for its practical orientation and clarity.

Overall, the workshop significantly enhanced participants’ research skills and contributed to academic and professional development.
