Campus Recruitment Training Session Organized on 25 November 2025

The Department of Public Administration, Assam Don Bosco University, organised a Campus Recruitment Training Session on 25 November 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tapesia Campus. The programme aimed to equip students with essential employability skills and prepare them for recruitment processes.

The session was convened by Dr. Saurabh Chandra, Head of the Department, and coordinated by Ms. Manashi Parashar. The resource person, Mr. Rishu Jha, an expert in placement training, conducted an engaging and interactive session.

The training covered key areas such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and soft skills development. Students were introduced to commonly asked recruitment questions, problem-solving techniques, and strategies to improve speed and accuracy. The session also emphasized communication skills, confidence building, and understanding industry expectations.

Participants actively engaged in hands-on exercises, discussions, and real-time problem-solving activities. The session concluded with a Q&A segment, where students clarified doubts related to exam patterns, time management, and career opportunities.
